I am focused on helping you build sustainable, healthy habits that are customized to your goals. Through a coaching style that is motivating and empowering, you will gain the knowledge and tools you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

WellBean Signature Coaching Experience

The Wellbean Signature Coaching Program is a holistic approach to building healthy habits that are sustainable and joyful for individuals and couples. This 6-month coaching experience is focused on motivating you to be well through the creation of intentional daily habits that build wellbeing. My goal is for you to discover routines and habits that work for you - long term.

  • Learn to honor yourself, your needs and your quirks. 

  • Discover how to take back your time and bolster your wellbeing.

  • Develop a sustainable plan to continue to pursue your wellness goals during chaotic and stressful times.

  • Create meaningful rituals around rest.

  • Notice and fall in love with your post-workout buzz. Focus on the activities that make you smile and motivate you.

  • Ditch fad diets and unlock the foods that nourish you.

  • Build self-awareness and consciously and intentionally shift your routines to empower you to be well.

Couples

  • Create routines and habits together while focusing on individual goals.

The WellBean Signature Coaching Experience

WHAT TO EXPECT

With exclusive one-on-one coaching, I will hold you accountable and keep you motivated and supported throughout.

Set Intentions. During our initial time together, we will discuss your hopes and goals. We will create a personalized plan based on your wellness goals.  You will set your intentions and you will get the tools you need to start. You will craft your wellness vision.

Check-in. To hold you accountable, we will check in virtually each week. We will review successes and obstacles and adjust habits and routines to help you reach your goals.

Practice. We will go more in depth on specific topics and practice strategies to build healthy habits. Together, we will do activities like discover recipes, plan menus, review your food journal, make a plan for movement/exercise, focus on your sleep rituals, and follow introspective journal prompts. Practice is personalized for you and is meant to help you stay motivated and focused while having fun and learning.

Resources. You will have access to resources, programming, insight and motivation.
